hybris - new costumer for Chapter 4

The international software company relies on the Vienna-based Public Relations network in CEE/SEE

hybris, a leading provider of innovative software for end-to-end multichannel commerce, will coordinate its CEE activities through Chapter 4 from Vienna.

The cooperation started in the Czech Republic and Russia and was recently extended to Poland, where a team of about 80 software engineers is working for hybris on further development of multi-channel commerce platforms. For Chapter 4, hybris is a new customer that underlines the special expertise in the technology sector.

Chapter 4 provides to hybris a central contact in Vienna, which is responsible for the coordination of PR agenda, and a consolidated reporting with transparent cost control, a simple contracting procedure and uniform quality standards. Experienced local teams implement the work locally, while acting inside the given guidelines.

"The challenge of working with hybris lies in the speed of growth and innovation of the company. An experienced team of local experts is much more efficient, compared to individually responsible agencies. We are pleased to accompany and support a technology leader with the expansion to new markets,” said Severin Heinisch, Managing Director of Chapter 4.

"Chapter 4 is our choice for further developments in CEE / SEE. With this choice, we’ve found a PR partner that meets our high standards of professionalism, speed and reliability," said Gerald Lanzerits, Austria and CEE Regional Manager at hybris.
